Description
This class lesson is great for introducing stress and mindfulness. It includes opportunities for discussion and a flipbook to follow along with, keeping students engaged. This lesson can last 2+ 30 minute sessions and covers a range of subtopics related to stress. Those topics are: Benefits of mindfulness, health and the brain, stressors and warning signs, grounding techniques and guided breathing, mindful breathing, positive self-talk, self-care, and emotional awareness. Recommended for use in a large group or class setting. Digital flipbook can be used on a tablet, computer, mobile device, etc., and may be used with Google Classroom (TM). You must have PowerPoint to use all features of the presentation.
